The ListItemEditor tool is now available for SharePoint 2010 beta. I upgraded the tool’s solution with Visual Studio 2010 beta targeting SharePoint 2010 beta. The process was pretty undemanding with only insignificant changes – primarily changing XmlElement parameters to XElement in the server reference proxy classes’ methods. Note that in the web services mode both the ancient and the new version of the tool can open lists from both SharePoint versions – 2007 and 2010.
