Antivirus Plus is the kind of software you can get free online. It does not offer bonus dollars to buy and offers only 3 of 8 items in the back of the box. This is a HUGE dissapointment. I had that with the inclination that I was receiving protection against viruses TOTAL. I thought this program offers the full range of coverage. From trend Micro Internet Security Pro 3. 0 is a total waste of computer space. McAfee also let me down in the department of scanning software. He picked up two viruses (trojans) on my system, but not fix them in any way. He has not even been able to quarentine files and I found myself with some message telling me to contact McAfee program to continue to support. This is a big problem for me. When I buy an antivirus program, I expect it to be updated and ready to clean, quarentine, repair and wipe suspected infections clearly out of my PC. McAfee, which is supposed to be such a HUGE name in virus protection to fail me at this level is unforgivable. It becomes uninstalled just after finishing this review! Also, I may be promoted to Trend Micro a bit, but I'm not a big fan of software there. I like the fact that it offers a wide variety of protection and assistance, but I am a bit irritated that he did not suspect the above files, I mentioned that McAfee picked up. I do not know why that was, but it leads me to believe that three security TM Pro. 0 is behind in its database of viruses or does not substantially constant scanning it involves the fact. I am now looking into finding something that will keep my computer working well and which will not only find the virus, but clean as well. Immediately, VIPRE Trojans picked up two deep low risk and quarantined. The next thing I noticed is that my system starts in about half the time at startup. VIPRE I set up to perform a deep analysis of every day. The analysis takes almost an hour and my system slowed during the scan, but the speed is tolérable.L The disadvantage is that VIPRE does not come with built-in firewall. Therefore, I downloaded a 30 day trial of their firewall Sunbelt. When I installed I chose the advanced option. The barrier Firewall Sunbelt is a resource hog. simple tasks such as copying and pasting a website for MSWord take forever. So, I disabled the firewall and I am now running that antivirus. My trial period is about to run out and I'll buy VIPRE Antivirus, but not the firewall. However, there is no way I'm going back to McAfee and pay their fees $ 90 for customer support to remove all the new viruses. Before purchasing McAfee, VIPRE Try it free for 30 days.
