Should I take my laptop to an independent repair shop to get fixed or have Dell fix it?

I sent my computer in for repair under warranty. Now they call me back and claim I spilled a liquid on it (which never happened). Anyhow they want money to repair it now (I’m not sure how much yet). Should I have them mail it back and take it to a local repair shop?

Take it to an independant store. Dell will over-charge you.

What are the best quality photo printers that are not to expensive?

I’m so confused there are so many options! I just need a printer for my home that can print out the incredible quality photos. I also want to be able to print large and small size photos.
