DVD data recovery?

While finalizing a DVD. It froze and was only able to finalize 92%. Is there any way to get the data off of that dvd onto my pc to transfer to another dvd. I place the dvd into my pc and it says its blank. What do I do?

No. If a DVD is not finalized, then the operating system will not reflect there is anything on it. You will need to burn a new DVD.

When there’s a power failure, my windows server is unable to reboot. It is now connected to a UPS.

Hi. There should be a setting in BIOS that tells the machine how to respond to a power failure. Some UPS units also have a setting.
