One of my yahoo accounts was hacked. I got an email months ago telling me that my password had been changed and I deleted it, thinking it was spam. Upon trying to log in, all my information was deemed invalid for multiple attempts. Since then, I have provided “account-help@cc.yahoo-inc.com” wit every piece of high security personal information they questioned for (including picture ID!) except my “Secret Answer” to the security question. Made it over ten years ago and apparently I flubbed it on the first try. They questioned again, I supplied what I thought the answer force be and since then they have unseen every plea for help. This has been going on since mid July. I want my account back, it has historic significance and archives from years past that are vital to me. Why won’t they help me and how can I get to someone who will?
