I just need a simple printer to print out last minute papers and such. I’m looking for one under . I only need a small single function printer because I have limited space. I want one which I can get the most prints out of each cartridge. Here are two I was looking at.

http://www.walmart.com/ip/Lexmark-Z2420-Wireless-Color-Inkjet-Single-Function-Printer/10250413

Opinions on them or suggestions for a different one would be appreciated.
Thanks

Don’t forget to take the warranty and cost of ink into account. The winner in both categories is Epson.

The best deal in a photo printer is the Epson Artisan 800 refurb direct from epson.com for under clearance. It’s a wireless copier/scanner/fax/photo/CD printer with 6 individual ink cartridges for high photo quality. The best warranty in the industry. For two years, Epson will fedex a replacement and pick up the ancient one should you need it.

If that’s further than your budget there are several models in the – range with 1 year warranty like the NX415 and workforce 600.

Triple capacity ink cartridges for Epson are under and you can get 7 free cartridges every month at http://www.ccs-digital.com/freeink.asp

We’re running a Windows Server 2008 Standard server. Originally, we had two user on laptops by Remote Desktop to the server to use a very bandwidth intensive database attention. This used the two most concurrent relations in Windows Server 2008 without a Terminal Services license. It now became necessary to push out a RemoteApp version of the program to some clients on a VPN, for which we are obtaining Terminal Services licenses. Can the two laptops still connect to the server via Remote Desktop, or will they requires Terminal Services licenses now that the Terminal Services role has been installed?

I judge your remote users will still be able to connect but you may see licensing warnings in your event log from Terminal Services.

Did you hold per device or per user licensing? If it’s per user then it should be no problem.
