i encountered thе same problem. i rebooted іn safe mode, аnԁ system tool wasnt ѕhοwіnɡ іn safe mode. i didnt ԁο anything аftеr thаt, јυѕt switched οff mу pc, аnԁ rebooted іn thе normal mode, аnԁ іtѕ working fine еνеr ѕіnсе, touchwood!
