On Jan 20th 2009 i was hit in a car accident and my license was suspended because i didnt have my car insured.I went to court & paid the fine & i questioned for papers on how to get my license back and this is what it says……The vehicle crash of 01/20/2009 falls under the provisions of the florida financial responsibility law (death,injury or removal of an inoperative vehicle by a wrecker). your driver license has been suspended as of 04/16/2009,for failure to provide proof of vehicle full liabillity insurance. As an operator you are required to do the following to reinstate your drivers license: provide proof of vehicle full liability insurance on the date of the crash or hold the required coverage(minimum limits 10/20/10) & have your insuring agent or company file form SR-22 with the Bureau of financial Responsibility.This filing must be maintained continuously for a period of 3 years from 04/16/2009.If you do not own a motor vehicle,a non-owners policy will meet this requirement; NOW TILL THIS DAY I STILL DONT HAVE INSURANCE,SO DOES THIS MEAN I WONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT CARRYING THE SR-22 INSURANCE FOR THE TIME THAT HAS PASSED SINCE THEN? then after it says if you do not own a motor vehicle,a non owners policy will meet this requirement;AND obtain release(s) from the following individuals or companies.if release(s) cannot be obtained,then a security deposit in the form of cash,cashiers check,money order,or certified check may be posted in the amounts indicated: it says the lady’s info that hit me and gives me her name & adress and says injury-0.00 unsatisfied vehicle-00.00 unsatisfied Whole security deposit required:00.00 so does this mean i should go to the ladys adress and see if she would sign these release papers for me so i dont have to make payments for a full year just to pay off the 00.00? because i definately do not have that kind of money and i cant even drive myself to work in order to make money to pay off all that money.I have this release paper that says RELEASE IN FULL OF ALL CLAIMS file number_________ IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of one dollar,paid to me by_______ I/We do here by release and forever discharge the party named above,from any and all claims and demands for hurt,injury or loss,arising out of the cash that occurred on____day of_____,____ THIS RELEASE includes all prospect & unforseen & unlooked for injuries,hurts,loss and liability,as well as those now known to exist.IT IS FURTHER agreed that this payment is not an admission of any liability. releasor signature____________ witness 1 signature & full adress______witness 2 signature & full adress__________ PLEASE ONLY ANSWER IF YOU KNOW! and there is no reason to be rude or disrespectful so delight answer respectfully,thank you so much for your help! I have a 3 year ancient small girl and ever since my license was suspended ive been stuck with no job and i cant ever take her to her dr appointments and i miss my freedom,so delight help me know what i need to do,thank you so much!

You must do as the paper says explicitly GET & KEEP insurance for 3 years. Even if you do not have a car you must do this.
As for the release papers you want the lady to accept for all the hurt you did?
You will have to take a bus or walk to go to work – Sorry
