My laptop touchpad stopped working. Neither does the usb mouse when I plug it in. I tried by the fn+f7 option, but that didn’t fix it. There is a red light up top indicating the touchpad, and a red x is through it. May possibly the touchpad have gone terrible, or what? It was working fine the last time I used it.

If you can see logical disk associated with this reminiscence card in operating system you can try to recover your data with Simple File Undelete software:

Although I have some knowledge of html coding (self-tutored), I am by no means a programmer. But i would need to use some sort of well-organized (and if possible user-friendly) attention that will allow me to make and maintain questionnaires to design “continuing education” programs (pharmacists, physicians, nurses, ect), that would ideally be web-based.
After reading a small bit on the subject, I figured that learning some basic mySql or php (or both) force be useful (??) although this seems to be reasonably time consuming and I don’t know which tool best suited for this machinate… I have no experience with mySql or php at the moment. The tools I have mastered (MS Excel, Dreamweaver, etc) are clearly insufficient here, unfortunately.

My Dad recently wanted to format his PC and reinstall the OS (xp pro) and backed up all his media to a DVD, unfortunately the DVD became corrupted or hurt and hence he’s now lost all the media which contained precious family photos and videos, all his tax information etc etc
Now he told me he did this last night, and I’ve told him not to install anything else.
Can anyone recommend me the best way to attempt to recover any of these files as I don’t have the first clue what to do or program to use. (I’m willing to pay to recover this so any file recovery software license fees ill pay)
