I am by windows 7 and how to backup the full OS in 8 GB dvds
dvds may one or more
i am used windows backup option, but it make problem when writing the dvd it stop and say error in backup process

Windows Backup, and then use the feature on it to make a System Image Disc.
Follow the instructions, and then you will have a full recovery.
I’d recommend a portable hard drive rather then DVDs due to the fact that DVDs deteriorate.
Windows backup utility is the best option, that is what it is for and it is on the system already. Go to start and type in backup and choose backup and restore when it pops up, then choose “set up backup” It’ll pop open a window with several options, you would choose the CD/DVD rom drive, depending on how much is on your system this force take multiple DVDs.
