i did not make a backup recovery disk when i got my notebook. my notebook crashed, so i took it to best buy where i got, they fixed it and called me i need my recovery disks. where would i get those recovery disk.

Did you contact Gateway for disks? I get my discs froim Dell formy Dell computers. Usually free.
