is there anything like in the control pannel, that i can swtich off to stop it from beeping. for example, you can exchange the settings to turn some noise on and off, but i cant find this one
any advice?

Use the second Enter button on the numeric keypad.
Not a Vist expert but I judge if you go to sounds in Control Panel and exchange the defaulting beep to (none) this will silence the sound when the enter button gets stuck in the depressed position.
there is two enter buttons on my laptop try pushing space lol
i reflect remove the key and try to place it back by this video:

But if its broken then you will need a replacement key. You can also use the number pad enter key.
