I have a two yr extended warranty of best buy.
my laptop involuntarily turns off the power or freeze itself,
frequently.. it has a lot of noise and the cooler doesn’t work. and sometimes some parts of keyboards is not operating.
really i don’t wanna fix it.. i just wanna exchange with the
another new laptop even even if i should pay superfluous money.
is it possible?

i dont reflect you can have the laptop replaced as it is two years ancient the extended waranty only covers repair or replacement of defective parts.
Go to the store or go here: http://www.bestbuy.com/. Tell them, and they should fix it, or replace it if it can’t be fixed.
