Hi, I have an HP dv4 series running on outlook. My HP MediaSmart built in webcam has worked in anticipation of now, I click on the thing to launch it, and now it is telling me that it is turned off and I need to turn it back on. I really delight in my webcam and I NEED to know how to turn it back on!
