I am a small business and I recently bought Microsoft Windows Server 2003. We chose this over Small Business Server in order to gain experience. What is a fantastic web site for a newbie user of this server software? Thanks

First, you made a mistake. Small Business Server, for businesses under 75 users, is ideal. It includes a wizard driven Windows 2003 and Exchange server and costs hundreds less.
As for learning Microsoft Server 2003, I would recommend starting at the horses mouth – Microsoft. There are many ID, articles, and other information there for learning.
In addition, you should check out http://www.adminprep.com – it has several articles on setting up your network.
