email address and username should be the same and that should be provided by your email provider.. so with your password… you shoul also question for incoming and outgoing server from them..

First, you made a mistake. Small Business Server, for businesses under 75 users, is ideal. It includes a wizard driven Windows 2003 and Exchange server and costs hundreds less.
