We have a server that gets accessed remotely by several locations for maintenance all by the same account (I know, I’d exchange that if I may possibly). We want to keep minutes of who was logged in at the time by their session and if possible IP address or computer name. If it can be done with Remote Desktop administrator, that would be best. We may consider but prefer not to install 3rd-party software on this server.
Thanks in advance.

You need different login ID’s. Once you have those, write a login speech and attach it to each of the user’s profiles. Grant all the users the same privileges they already have so no one complains, and have the login speech write to an external text file every time they login. If not, you may possibly make them use VPN with RRAS and log it that way.
