i need to install OS to remote systems by linux(fedora 4) without by boot cd’s in the remote sytem… this can be done by RIS in windows 2003 server… is there any possibilities to do same in linux..?…if so delight tell me how to do

The closest thing I know of in Linux is the Linux Terminal Server Machinate. This allows you to make “diskless” workstations that can connect to both Linux and Windows servers. You can find out more about the machinate here:
