I’m so confused there are so many options! I just need a printer for my home that can print out the incredible quality photos. I also want to be able to print large and small size photos.

The best quality printers can print 4×6 inch images for under $.17 each. They are photo labs and you do not have to make an upfront investment.
Other than that, the Epson R280 is less than $80 and uses archival ink and they can also print CD/DVD marks directly to the disc.
The largest print it can make is a A4 or 8-5 x 11 inch.
To print images better than that, you will have to look for a printer that costs closer to $800
