I have a degree in information systems engineering, but for the prospect I’m plotting to go to business administration or machinate management (not related to software). Is this possible for a person with my university degree? The only strategy I’m plotting in anticipation of now is to get an MBA and also apply for managment positions within my company. Now I work at Dell which is a very open company and people can go through positions if they show the competence for it.

well it depends on how much experience you have in the industry and if you had any experience of taking charge of any works. Personally I reflect you have got a excellent chance especially if you are doing MBA.
