Microsoft’s Live OneCare security software has failed tests which check how well it spots and stops malicious programs designed to attack Windows.

it sucks! sucks! Sucks!
Yep. I had always heard that particular software was not as excellent as advertised. Supposedly it was based on a very excellent anti-virus engine (I forgot which one), but had never seen the consequences. AVG is perfectly fine for docile home surfing with the occasional risk but all out internet freakishness is not recommended. Ha.
With consequences like these Microsoft may have to discontinue OneCare.
I read a computer magazine saying the Defender App is missing up to 50% of malware!
And OneCare is powered my Defender.
Its all going terrible for MS.
