I would try with VisionProject. It is a fantastic software and they have reasonably a lot of different functions you can use. I have no thought, even if, how it would work in the construction business, since I am in the IT business myself.
We bought this a few months ago and are really satisfied. The best thing is that it is so simple to use and really quick to get started with. AND, it is not expensive at all.
