the console has erased the hard drive,you can’t restore your data sorry:/.format ntfs:connect your hard drive to your computer,right click the letter of your hard drive,click format and choose ntfs

Yes it is still possible to recover your data from a formatted hard drive. However, the more you use the hard drive, the less chances you can recover them as the space that those files are occupying may be written over by newer files.

You can often successfully recover deleted files from a PC, it all depends on what has happened since the files were deleted.
When you delete files the data itself isn’t deleted, just the index entry that tells the system where the data for those files is located. The area containing the deleted data is also now marked as free space so it is available for any new files to be written there instead.

If and when that happens, then it is too late to recover your deleted files so it is very, very important to not save any new files or data to the device concerned.

One of the easiest ways to see if you can recover deleted files is to try some good file recovery software. One I used to use is asoftech recovery which you can download from site below

If you want your software to work properly again after reformatting, you best re-download them or re-install them. For your documents and other personal files, use a thumb (USB) drive.

Being able to access SQL data via an index – sorta. Assuming it could access the database to begin with, a search engine would pass a query to the server containing the database, but the Query Analyzer within SQL Server would make the decision whether to use a given index or not.

Creating a whole new index – almost certainly not, a search engine would likely not have the necessary permissions to do so unless whoever created the database foolishly made such permission PUBLIC.

Assuming your ‘max’ column is column A and the column you need to retrieve the corresponding value from is column D. The following formula will return that value based on the max value in column A.

=VLOOKUP(MAX(A:A),A:D,4,FALSE)

Adjust the Formula to the appropriate references.
