What you need to do is first contact the isp/host your email goes thru.

If you’re trying to use the co.cc I would say that domain is blacklisted – google has banned addresses from co.cc because of spammers, hackers and the like.

Try using another email address like gmail or yahoo. If you get the email there, then you know it’s an issue with the current address you’re trying to use.

You don’t absolutely need those to contact the business if you’re using your email account directly on the website.

Those settings are used for configuring your email account in an email cliect program such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird on your computer. Such info is not available for the free Yahoo email accounts, but if you still wish to pursue it, then you have to upgrade to the paid version – Yahoo Mail Plus at .99 per year.

These are the settings to use after you upgrade:

Incoming mail server settings

POP server: pop.mail.yahoo.com
Use SSL
Port: 995

Outgoing mail server (SMTP) settings

SMTP server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Use SSL
Port: 465

Use authentication

Account Name/Login Name: Your Yahoo! Mail ID (your email address without the “@domain.com”, for example, “jo.bloggs”)
Email Address: Your Yahoo! Mail address (for example, jo.bloggs@yahoo.com)
Password: Your Yahoo! Mail password

There is a 3rd party tool called ChooseFrom which you install on your Exchange 2007/2010 server. This tool enables Send As functionality from different domains however its rather pricey. As of this writing the asking price was 286.46 USD for a 1-2 user license, 4.84 USD if you want over 3 licenses, 61.50 USD for a site license or 078.30 USD for an enterprise license in which they will also provide you with the source code. As an alternative you can create a new Outlook Profile and create a POP account. Outlook 2010 supports multiple profiles at the same time. In the address enter your Exchange 2010 hub transport server and configure SMTP authentication. In the POP3 server address enter something bogus like mail.local. Next you need to configure the send and receive group for your POP3 profile. To do this perform the following steps:

1. Under Send/Receive Groups select Define Send/Receive Groups.
2. Select your group name or define a new group and click Edit.
3. In the Send/Receive Settings disable Receive mail items.

Now when you send/receive you wont get an error about not being able to receive from the bogus pop server.

You can make as many folders as you want. To and to an existing folder, check the message, click Move and choose the folder. It goes in. You can delete from the folders when you don’t need them. If you want to delete masses of them then read below

On the Classic mail screen, click Options. Under General go to and click Results per page. Click the small arrow, now you can choose up to 500 per page. Click Save Changes, upper left. You can change this any time you like. You can do this for the Sent folder if you don’t need them. Then go back to and open the inbox, scroll to and click Check all, then delete. Don’t forget the trash.

Using the new mail, click Options or more options on your mail screen.
Under General Options page go to Message settings.
Check the button, Show all messages in a scrolling list. Click Save Changes, upper left.
Now your emails are on one list, same page, so you can delete them all at once.
Then click Select all, click Delete.

Nope no software will be able to do that because stuff deleted from facebook is actually deleted from facebook’s server side..

Rather than doing this from the Finder, launch Mail, click on the Mailbox you want to archive and go to Mailbox>Archive Mailbox. Choose an existing folder or create a new one to save your archive and click on Choose.
