Hi there,

I use http://www.orieldesign.com.au to do all my promotional print work. They offer wholesale rates, and it is ALL printed in their factory in Melbourne, Australia. So you don’t have to worry about minimum order size or anything like that.

you could probably just build your own for that amount, and I would also look into using linux as an os, you could go with the user friendly ubuntu

You need to undergo some work in order for it to happen. You should search for the term “SEO” and learn everything there is to learn about that for your website to not only appear, but start ranking as well.

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, and believe it or not, is a science of it’s own… ;)

They seem to be centered around supplying drug stores with equipment, but they have a pretty large selection of photo printers and media, not just Shinko.
