Brand makes VERY little difference. The only difference would be in the warranty and customer support they give. Even mac computers are the same as far as hardware as any other computer, its just they come with the mac OS instead of windows, and cost way more because the only way you can really get the mac os is through apple. (it is possible on a computer if you use all supported hardware to make a hackintosh).

For audio recording/editing you will probably want a quad core processor. 4gb of ram should be fine, you dont need a dedicated graphics card.
But the laptop brand isnt nearly as important as the software you use.

Not sure where you are and what laws apply, but here you basically need to keep track of what goes in and out of the business (so sales and purchases really), and register your business with the tax office. They’ll send you out forms at certain times of the year (you might have to check the return dates and get the forms yourself in your country). You complete the forms based on your records, and this gives you a total payable tax figure. You pay that from the money you set aside for taxes, which should be about 35-45% of your income, but check the tax rates in your country for a better estimate. Always err on the side of caution; don’t save exactly how much you think it’ll be, save more. Also, put these savings into a business savings account. You should have a business current account for the sales/purchases and other general day-to-day financial stuff.

Photo printers are compatible with any image file you want to print, no matter what camera originates the photo.

The usual process is to open the image file in Photoshop and then print to the photo printer you have assigning the colour control to Photoshop.

While you CAN use DPOF (Digital Print Order Format) to print directly from the camera to a printer, the best prints are produced after processing a RAW file in Lightroom and then using Photoshop, print the resulting JPEG or TIFF file to your printer.

I can guess that many of us here are wondering why you are choosing a Canon printer rather than the industry standard Photo Epsons?

Depends on whats wrong with the key. If the key itself is moving up and down when your typing, there could be something wrong with the board itself. Something could be blocking the key from working proplerly. Wouldnt hurt to get a can of compressed air and clean the whole keyboard.

lexmark is very good and if you ever lose this install disc you can always go to lexmark.com and download the installer free. The inks are cheap on Ebay also I use mine with photo paper and download the pics from my cpu to the printer never again to develop photos!! Good luck

The next day he jokingly asked if it felt like I was being watched, as I closed the store alone the night before. Naturally, this kinda creeped me out. I can see the necessity for reviewing footage if theft is suspected, but what if he decides to have a party, and my work shift becomes part of the entertainment?

This is actually really common. It is completely legal and ethical as long as the cameras are not in bathrooms or changing rooms and if the employees are aware of it.
I work for a security company, the managers that have this feature basically only use it when an alarm goes off in the store.
