There are two options:
- Apply for an international company in your country and try to get transferred to another country.
- Apply directly to large companies abroad, and try to have them get you a work visa (harder option)

If you are willing to go back to school, you could apply for anther post-graduate program and go as an international student. If you qualifications are good enough you may be able to find a job there and get hired by the time you finish your degree.

does anyone know why these grade levels would need computers? in 5th grade I think I was memorizing the keyboard and playing that lemonade game at school. what other real reasons though, would schools need computers?

In my experience, a manager is synonymous with a coordinator.

Basically, with medium and large projects, multiple personnel are involved.

The manager/coordinator:

1. Fully understands the project and the individual components that must be developed to complete the project.

2. Gathers a staff of developers, testers, database consultants and documentation writers.

3. Then, for the life of the project, they manage the individual “sub-tasks” that go into completing each component, and manage the people.
