There are hospitals from Social Security and the Ministry of Health. Can you just go to each of these hospitals? And what happens when you are unemployed and not paying for the social security system? Can you still go to the social security hospitals then?

To make it short: Where is the difference in the services available if you seek medical care when you are paying for social security or when you are unemployed?

in panama anyone can go to the hospital and be seen at the public hospitals for free.. but to understand the system better u first need to understand that in Panama there are two classes of people: really poor and really rich.. so normally the poor people go to the public hospitals and the rich people use the private hospital (John Hopkins hospital). But both the public and private hospitals are very nice.. the public one tends to be crowded where as the nicer private hospital is not that crowded.

Also If you could please explain what the difference is between Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 and Kaspersky PURE? I’ve heard that PURE uses old technology but has a few more features, is that true or is there a newer version of PURE which is everything like Internet Security plus more?

My husband is a computer tech, and he always installs AVG Free on his clients machines after he works on them. It’s free and in 8 years, we have NEVER had a virus.

This is probably set through a group policy on the server rather then through a software. You’re probably out of luck.

Here is how to hook up your security cameras to monitors or TVs:

Plug one end of your RCA cable into the “VIDEO OUT” jack of your security camera and the other end into the “VIDEO IN” jack on your TV. There also might be an “AUDIO” cable which you attach in the same way – from the “AUDIO OUT” jack of the camera to the “AUDIO IN” jack on your TV.

These cables should be supplied with your security system. If they aren’t and/or you want longer ones, you can buy them at an electronics retailer or online.

The RCA cable plugs should be COLOR CODED – YELLOW (for video), and RED (for audio), so you just match up the colors when connecting cables from TV to security camera.

In some cases there is also a WHITE plug, which is also AUDIO (RED and WHITE are audio to the RIGHT and LEFT speakers). Sometimes there’s an ORANGE plug, which is “Digital Audio”.

If you DON’T HAVE RCA PLUGS (which just push in), but you have “BNC Connectors” – which PUSH IN AND TWIST ON – you can buy “BNC to RCA Adapters” at your hardware store, Radio Shack, etc. They should only be a few dollars.

You should also buy an “RF Modulator” (if it doesn’t come with your security camera) to plug the camera into and then connect to your TV. An RF Modulator allows you to select the channel (3 or 4) that you want to view your security camera on. This is the same thing as connecting your VCR (or DVR) to your TV and watching through channel 3 or 4.

The above is assuming the cameras are connected via wires. If you want a “wireless” signal to go to the cameras you need to get a router, and it also depends on the capabilities of the DVR and cameras you bought.

2. I am tired of being told I do not have permissions to directories. IT IS MY COMPUTER.

3. I am tired of being told I have to use specific extensions by programs. I actually use extensions for my own purposes. I know that most modern software associates particular file extensions with particular file type. That is fine, but when I am creating the files, I should be able to designate my own extension without having to bring up a DOS Command window and rename the files.

4. Yes, I am technically proficient and write most of my own programs that I use for doing things like keeping track of inventory. I have even written my own database program because I wanted features that the common programs do not have like file integrity, deadly embrace resolution, roll back, etcetera without costing a fortune (actual purchase is not allowed all you can do is license and if the license fee (in the thousands) is not paid the software is inactivated).

5. Is there a place you can purchase the code for windows 7. I used to have the complete assembler code for MS-DOS 2.2. I would like it for Windows 7 so I can cut out the security.

I know Microsoft and most software companies have made their software with the idea that the users are computer illiterate or at best trained only to do what they are told, how they are told, and when they are told. I am a maverick when it comes to my computer. If I damage something or corrupt a system file, that is my problem. I can fix it. When I worked professionally (I am now retired), I was expected to write software the modified system tables in the operating system, provide monitors, and even help debug OS problems. It was was on DoD classified systems for command and control and afterwards the primary system for doing trades for a major brokerage house. I think I am qualified to be able to destroy my computer and put it back together afterwards.
