If уου ɡο tο “computer” thеrе ѕhουƖԁ bе a tab thаt ѕауѕ “Uninstall οr exchange a program”. Gο іn thеrе аnԁ uninstall іt. If уου still ɡеt those popups thеn try tο ɡο іntο уουr hard drive tο “program files” οr “program files(x86)” аnԁ delete thе “Antivirus System PRO” file folder.

I suggest you run a scan with malwarebytes .
you can get malwarebytes here,
this is a direct download link
so you should have no distress getting it.
click on this link ↓ and then select run.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/affiliates/2-spyware/mbam-setup.exe
INSTALL IT TO YOUR DESKTOP, update it,
then run a full scan and remove everything it finds.
some viruses will try to disable it
so if malwarebytes will not start up
then go into the folder it is in and rename the mbam file to XXX
then double click on the file you just renamed to start it up.
after you have used malwarebytes then do this online scan.
to make sure you have nothing else hiding away.

preferably in safe mode with networking.

It does not sound like you have a virus, it sounds like you have a rogue program that is technically called “malware”. The reason your antivirus does not detect this program is because it really is not a virus. It is a fixed program just like any other, the distress is that it hides itself and does not show up in the add/remove program list so it is very hard to get rid of.
This program shows up as many different names, for some it is called “Win XP Antivirus 2008” for others it is called “CoreGuard” and for some it is called “Power Antivirus 2009”. No matter the name, they all do the same thing, they send pop-ups to your desktop and tell you that your computer is infected and the only way to fix it is to go to their website and buy their software. Sadly, many people do go to their website and buy it, only to find that their software does nothing, the pop-ups continue to happen. Worse yet, the terrible guys now have your credit card info and can try to steal your identity.
The simplest way to remove this kind of malware is with a FREE program called Malwarebytes. Once you install it, run a scan or two and you should be all cleaned out. Malwarebytes is NOT an antivirus program. It is designed to work WITH your antivirus and plug the holes that your antivirus is missing. Malwarebytes and other FREE antivirus programs can be downloaded from the website not more than
Follow the instructions in the link not more than and a trained analyst will check your scan logs and give you advice on removing any infections that you force have for free.

I just ran into this virus about 2 hours ago, and I did a system restore on my computer. It seems to have worked, I no longer have the annoying pop ups and its not redirecting my IE anymore.
Every site I have been to suggests downloading the Malwarebytes software to remove the virus (or trying a system restore). I am in the process of scanning my computer with it, although I reflect the system restore did the trick. Considering I couldn’t download anything with the bug on my computer, I would highly recommend the system restore first.
here’s detailed removal guide: http://www.spywarevoid.com/remove-antivirus-system-pro-antivirus-system-pro-removal.html
make sure you delete all the malicious files.
I had the same exact virus in my computer last month. I also have McAfee, but it wasn’t able to remove it. Then I found this website http://www.antivirussystempro.com Somebody really made this site in an effort to help people to successfully remove the Antivirus System PRO Virus.
Figuring out how to remove Antivirus System Pro can be complicated. The program infects your registry so it can be hard to get rid of manually. I wouldn’t recommend trying it on your own. The best course of action is to get a Antivirus System Pro removal tool. I heard this one can do the trick:
