Edit:
Avast is not the worst anti virus on Rogues, I would say, Avira, AVG, MacAfee and Iobit is the worst off all, Avirah as fallen in detection rate and performance in their newest version. And the rogue deleting Mbam.exe does not delete Hitmanpro.exe, meaning you can afford loosing Mbam as the worst will be removed by Hitmanpro
Don’t follow any webpage guide, just do this.
1. Find another Computer
2. Download http://www.malwarebytes.com and http://www.hitmanpro.nl on that computer, do not forget to update them
3. Insert a USB stick or a CD, drag and drop the program and the setup.exe onto the USB stick or the CD
4. Start you’re infected PC up, click F8 in the start in anticipation of you can chose Safemode, choose the option with Networking
5. When you’re PC has successfully booted up, insert the USB stick, drag and drop the Programs to the desktop, and run a quick scan with Malwarebytes and the HitmanPro will scan by itself if you continue the “wizard”.
6. When the scan has completed and hopefully found the program run a full scan with Malwarebytes just incase it has missed any leftovers
7. Download http://www.ccleaner.com run a registry scan, clean the registry and clean the temporary files and there you go, a clean computer

Most AV’s let this stuff through, its a disgrace. Avast is one of the worst offenders,I ve seen these rogues austerely terminate Avast permanently.
There is one rogue called security tool that hides your desktop and deletes mbam.exe, hope its not that one you have
