You might want to enter safe mode with networking to do this. restart your computer and keep tapping the F8 key > choose safe mode with networking > login > download аnԁ update.

Whatever you do, DO NOT install Windows Antivirus Pro! Forget the name, it is really a rogue virus that pretends it is an antivirus program. All the malware will do is make your system worse. Unfortunately it is also very hard to get rid of. Manual removal is nearly impossible and most antivirus programs can’t do it. I would recommend the software at:
