I am not able to download anything onto my computer because my dad blocked it so only the administrative account can do anything with downloads. PLEASE HELP!

If you can’t install anything, you can’t uninstall anything any. Have your dad remove it!

Tell your dad to unblock it and install Malwarebytes from http://www.malwarebytes.org. Download, install, and run the full scan.
Getting rid of a virus without anti-malware software (no downloads) is nearly impossible.
