i have this malware thing on my computer called Personal AntiVirus and everything I find that says it can remove it costs money. I need a way to do it for free. a download link would help

Download malwarebytes and superantispyware then run scans with both in safe mode by tapping F8 on startup and selecting safe mode. Run a scan with all both programs and your problem should be fixed.

to start with you should know better than downloads these stupid programs//////now the only way you are going to fix it is reload back to factory level,what ever brand you have should have a hidden disc inside that holds this info//or you have a disc with it//but only use the disc as last resort//read up on the info.,click start.all programs and somewhere it should have the info//////
