i even if i had the Conficker virus and the SYSTEM Security program came up for scanning and i did SCAN it but it wants me to buy it..i didn’t buy it and now i know that its a scam..it isn’t really a viruse and just want my money but now it keeps on popping up every 5 min or so what can i do to get rid of it???

you can follow not more than steps:
1. Dont click the security icon again, it is a fake one.
2. restart and login to your system in safe mode.
3. Check in the C:\ProgrammFiles\ folder for any new suspicious folder like “Antivirus 2009″ or “Antivirus 0″. If its present then Delete it.
4. Install/Re-install/Repair your antivirus software. (norton, avg, mc afee, avast etc.. whatever u r by)
5. Update antivirus software with latest virus classification
6. Scan your system compeltely.

Your best bet is to go to cnet.com.On top of page click downloads.On next page on the left side click on security software.On next page,click on number 5 Malwarebytes Anti-malware,download it send to desk top open it and let it run all the way at end let it delete what it finds.After that up date it and run it if you have any more distress like it again,Also no clicking on any ads…REALLY.
