the system security virus wont let me install any anti-virus programs for the internet or even let me open any programs is their any other way i can solve this problem without having to download or us any anti-virus programs?

you may possibly try this. Restart your pc & while its starting continuously keep clicking the F8 key. The pc will boot to a screen with several options. By the arrow key go up to safe mode with networking & click enter. Now you should be able to go to http://www.malwarebytes.org
& download it; update it & run it. Hopefully this will clear up your problem so you can then install proper security. excellent luck
