I cant get on the internet now because windows antivirus pro took over. I cant pull up the command prompt I cant pull up the add or remove programs, I cant get on the internet, and my avira antivirus doesnt work. what do I do!

Here’s what I would try. Go to someone else’s computer and download http://www.superantispyware.com/ to a flash drive. Then go home and start your computer in Safe Mode. (Turn it on and REPEATEDLY hit F8 until you see the menu which offers safe mode.) Then plug in the flash drive. If it doesn’t start automatically, click Start > Run and find the file and double click it. Hopefully it will clear the virus.

Try running Malwarebytes/Spyware Doctor in safe mode. Otherwise, try removing it manually:

i just got rid of this last night. the problem with this antivirus pro virus is that when its on, it wont allow you to load new applications such as antivirus software or even use your windows add/remove program to kill it. but i figured it out:
1. download this free program – Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware
2. to open and install the attention; you have to open your windows task administrator and go to processes — there you will see “windows antivirus3 operating. if you end the process it will come back in 8-10 seconds but you just need to end the process and immediately click on the Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware download. once it gets started, the malware cant stop the install.
3. install the program and run “quick scan”. it will find and remove the virus completely
