I’ve heard there are free anti-spyware programs and adware programs online but I can’t seem to find any. The ones that say they are free don’t really remove the spyware. They just scan your computer, find problems and then tell you to buy the program in order to remove the spyware. Really I don’t mind paying for a excellent anti-spyware program as long as I know it is going to work.

Malwarebytes Antimalware is excellent too, but not technically anti-spyware.
I use them both and WinPatrol too.
