Yep, Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware and SUPERAntiSpyware are both very excellent. But, while they do offer scan and removal capability (atm, exactly what you are looking for), neither offer real-time protection (so they won’t protect you from getting infected in the prospect). I suggest performing full/complete scans with both (not at the same time of course!) and then looking to get some real-time protection to help prevent prospect infection.
