My MS Anti-Spyware 2009 program [that I haven't even provoked] keeps popping up all the time. I click ‘exit’ but it just keeps re-notch.
I click ‘activate subscription’ and it just re-directs me to buy the full package, which I don’t want.
I just want the program to go away, but don’t know how?

Umm Anti-Virus 2009 is fake, and is really a virus use these instructions:
http://www.xp-outlook.com/spyware-removal/antispyware-xp-2009-removal-instructions-antispywarexp-2009
or run a real antivirus like NOD32 http://www.eset.com or AVG http://free.avg.com or Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org
but to answer your question go to taskmanager and to the process list look for something that looks like antispyware 2009 and end that process (AntispywarXP2009.exe xp_antispyware.exe brastk.exe), then use something like ccleaner to remove it from startup
