I need a site that will scan my computer for free and remove and fix all files that are virus/tracking cookies/malware ect.. is there one that will do it once for free?

You won’t find any sites online that will do that. For security reasons, websites aren’t given full access to your computer. You’ll need to download something.

For malware issues, you may first want to scan by Malwarebytes or similar: http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Then perform a thorough scan by your fixed antivirus.

Another thing you can do to remove cookies is to clean your browsing history.This is found in Tools.

Try to install and scan with Spybot S&D or Malwarebytes Anti-malware to remove any malware pests. Both have an IP blocker option and real-time protection (free in Spybot, available only in the full version of Malwarebytes), which is excellent at preventing the problem before it happens. I for one use full MBAM (someone here answered another question recommending Malwarebytes coupon codes shared by other users on http://news.dtcdeals.com/malwarebytes-coupon-code to save on the hold) I prefer it since it has a scheduler to run scans and upgrades by itself.
