For malware issues, you may first want to scan by Malwarebytes or similar: http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Then perform a thorough scan by your fixed antivirus.
No dice.If they found something,they would charge you to remove it.CEN mentioned two free harvest that will remove cookies,adware and more: CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com and Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware http://www.malwarebytes.org
Another thing you can do to remove cookies is to clean your browsing history.This is found in Tools.
Another excellent anti-malware program is Ad-Aware http://www.lavasoft.com and SUPERAnti-Spyware http://www.superantispyware.com

Try to install and scan with Spybot S&D or Malwarebytes Anti-malware to remove any malware pests. Both have an IP blocker option and real-time protection (free in Spybot, available only in the full version of Malwarebytes), which is excellent at preventing the problem before it happens. I for one use full MBAM (someone here answered another question recommending Malwarebytes coupon codes shared by other users on http://news.dtcdeals.com/malwarebytes-coupon-code to save on the hold) I prefer it since it has a scheduler to run scans and upgrades by itself.
