I cannot remove adware alert from my computer, when i try it will not let me unistall it and i did remove the registry key for it so would i have to reinstall it so i may possibly remove it?
Or is this a virus? I am not sure what to do but i want it gone, help

ok, playing with the registry is perilous. But, you can attempt to reinstall and uninstall it, or you can delete the program in the registry, registry code by registry code. Google it. There probably is a list of the point places that you can delete to get rid of it.

try to use a registry cleaner. unless you know what you are doing to the registry i recommend you not exchange it because one mistake can mess up your system.
