I recommend that you download Malwarebytes Anti- Malware and Spybot search and end. Reboot and press F8 continuously. Then go into safe mode with networking and scan. If the anti spyware wont let you download it, any rename the .exe file or download it on a clean computer and then place it in a flash drive and copy it into your computer.
hm looks like you got some spyware or something on your computer…
if you still can connect try download spy-bot search and end or malware bytes antimalware program(search mbam-setup )
if you cannot connect: restart computer and press F8 after POST so you may possibly choose to start in safe mode with networking then retry downloading attention mentioned above…
run update of program(mbam is quicker at scanning and downloading) and start a quick scan. That should be enough to eliminate the threat..
See what Norton missed so it won’t happen
also try clear temporary files: disk cleanup or ccleaner
Seems like you have a rogue anti-virus on your computer that is posing as a real antispyware when in fact gives you more viruses and more vulnerabilities. I suggest you run your computer in safe mode and download malware-bytes, super-antispyware or Nod32 and scan for the malicious software. You may possibly also try a system restore. Whatever you do, don’t pay for the software. It is fake and it will cost you a lot of money to buy this fake software which will harm your computer instead of protecting it. And disconnect from the internet when going on the computer, so the malware can’t send back any details.
