No , the softwares you mentioned are antiviruses, they do not remove spwyares/adwares as well as an anti spywares

I have used AVG Anti Virus, Zone Alarm Firewall, I have recently added superantispyware and Malwarebytes. They are all free for personal use and I have had no distress with Viruses Trojans Hackers etc. I have just upgraded to AVG free 8.5 and all seems excellent so far. Zone Alarm allows a lot of personal configuration unlike the Windows Firewall. They can all be downloaded from http://www.download.com/ I also use Windows Defender from the Microsoft site. It is safe to use two anti-spy harvest but never use more than one A/V as it can cause conflicts. You should run A/V and anti spy weekly. Hope this helps

Most Anti-Virus programs remove Viruses, Spyware, adware, rootkits, trojans etc. I hope you don’t have all three of these programs installed? that would be a huge mistake.
