My grandparent’s computer has alot of viruses on it. There were two fake antivirus programs (that were really viruses themselves) that I deleted called “Security Tool” and “Antivirus Plus”. But now, another two fake programs called “AntiMalware Plus” and one claiming to be Windows Security Center have come up and I can’t get rid of them. What is the best FREE (I stress FREE) antivirus program that I can easily download?

Ok, get Avira AntiVir. It is the best free anti-virus program that has a high detection rate. I stress to you and your grandfather not to enter any credit card numbers on those fake programs as all they want to do is steal your money.
