Somehow Windows antivirus pro infected my computer about 2 days ago and it wont let me open files except internet explorer, my comp only works in safe mode but in safe mode i cant run any files or download any files, and three my computer keeps on restarting and it never gets to my desktop, practically leaving me with a a waste of time computer. HOW DO I FIX ALL THESE PROBLEMS AND HOW DO I DELETE WINDOWS ANTIVIRUS PRO ( i already download/installed malwarebytes but it wont open so someone give me an antidote for notch files too)

Go back into safe-mode and make sure you choose safe-mode with networking. Log in as administrator and disable restore points if it is on. Do a search for “windows anti virus removal tool”. If you find ont fantastic if not the download ATF and spybot search and end , disable network connection and run ATF, then scan with spybot and malwarebytes in that order. You probably have more than just anti virus pro and often times viruses and malware will not let programs like malwarebytes open. You may have to run multiple scans and you force want to consider by superantispyware and a-squared. These are all free programs. After all that, restart and boot up normally. If it works and you can log on do some more scans from the desktop. If it doesn’t work then you force consider reformatting the hard drive and re-installing the os.
