Now i went on my computer and a program called anti virus system pro had been installed.Now I can’t run anything not even my real anti virus even when the internet isn’t on it still brings up websites for viagra and porn.I had something similar happen but without being able to access my anti virus I don’t know what to do.
Any help would be momentously appreciated

the issue is deep in the registry. Look for a program called Revo Uninstall. It has 4 levels of uninstalling programs a the highest level is cleaning the registry of any “attached” components. I had this same issue with AVG. I emailed them and they clarified where in the registry to go to delete the files but I cannot remember where off hand these were.
It is a TROJAN.
Run a virus scan if you have a anti virus software if no go try the following steps
try running a scan using anti-malware for trojans that are hard to pickup, adware or spy-bot for spyware, and cc-leaner cleaning your computer in general(links given below), nothing works run an online scan.(link below)

try google chrome and see if it works fine in that case, uninstall Firefox and make sure you remove add ons in the uninstall process and then reinstall it.
IE remove addons and then go to Tools> internet options> advanced(tab)> reset .
**** note: If you reset or uninstall your browser you will lose bookmarks and other personalised browser settings so backit up by google toolbar or foxmarks for online syncing of bookmarks.
If there are too many pop ups and you are unable to download then restart computer on restart keep hitting F8 go to safe mode with networking login and try downloading, scanning and working from there.
