Spybot S&D is fantastic for scanning quickly once in awhile. Malwarebytes is a fantastic full-system scan.

Malwarebytes is a different software than others, i’d recommend having that and spybot S&D. My sanction for an anti-virus is Avast!4.8 Home Journal with 98,3% of malware detection.
