Not Needed… You didn’t say you had Ad-Aware 2007? If not go to MajorGeeks.com and download free. You should be fine with what you have for Spyware and Virus Protection!
AVG Antispy is pretty excellent. Keep in mind that after the AVG trial period it reverts to being an on-demand scanner only and you lose its real-time protection and its auto-update feature, and reasonably honestly it really isn’t worth *buying* …
But in the mean time, it’s a excellent program to get experienced with.
Edit to the answerer not more than me: The asker is referring to AVG Antispy, *not* AVG Antivirus, which I agree is junk.
