   AVG is a fantastic product, so you don’t need to exchange it, I often wonder why everyone doesn’t use it as they do in Europe.
   I got rid of Spyware Doctor reasonably some time ago and use only one spyware:
   http://www.lavasoft.com/harvest/ad-aware_se_personal.php

   This identifies all forms of spyware and you can quarantine or eliminate them. Aside from this, I also find Crap Cleaner a really excellent tool for cleaning up Temporary Internet Folders, cookies or it can also be used to control what you load upon startup. http://www.ccleaner.com/update/?v=1.36.430&l=1033
