Microsoft Security Essentials is probably the best you’re going to get. Because AVG Free doesn’t scan for Rootkits and anything else is only a limited time Trial. MSE is a full featured 100% free suite that scans for everything, then some.
More than 1 anti virus will conflict.
Spybot will pick another one up as a virus or a PUP. And vise versus.
And make your computer run slow.
If you do not have a firewall, I suggest you get one.
Security Tool is a very tough trojan and its removal is not necessarily a simple task. See this page, follow the ‘special removal instructions’ and you should be able to remove Security Tool.

In response to the emergence of spyware, a small industry has sprung up dealing in anti-spyware software. Running anti-spyware software has become a widely recognized element of computer security practices for computers, especially those running Microsoft Windows. A number of jurisdictions have passed anti-spyware laws, which usually target any software that is surreptitiously installed to control a user’s computer. The US Federal Trade Commission has placed on the Internet a page of advice to consumers about how to lower the risk of spyware infection,
including a list of “do’s” and “don’ts.”

Stopping spyware (‘malware’) is more than a one-time inoculation, folks.
This is about a weekly habit of cleaning ‘nasty dust bunnies’
from your personal computer.
In much the same way you clean your home with your favorite broom
and your favorite cleaning solvents, you will also need excellent tools
to clean spyware out of your PC.
