1. For your Anti-Virus……(Always use only 1 A-V…You must NEVER use more than one anti-virus, Even an expired anti-virus can cause a major conflict…(did I mention that you MUST uninstall any ancient anti-virus harvest?)

if you google download .com there are lots of spy programs to choose from for free. its best to use 2 or 3 different ones because some find things that the others miss and viseversa
These are the three main free AV programs. AVG is the most standard but you need to check what you do and don’t get, not just hear loads of people saying, “Get AVG”. In anticipation of recently it didn’t detect anything but viruses and even now it lacks a few essentials. AntiVir has better detection rates but doesn’t detect spyware. Avast offers excellent all-round protection.
